In Japan, brokerage firms are always there to bridge between the applicant and the company. They will introduce you to the company and even provide housing for you. Usually, it is salary deduction system so you can talk with the company on how it will be. Will provide an interpreter even during the job interview. (Although it is of advantage that you learn some Japanese words)
2.) Go to Hello Work
Hello Work is the Japanese Government Service Center in Japan where everyone looking for work goes to. Lots of job openings and all about employee welfare are also catered here. Find Hello Work branch in your place or ask the municipal hall where to find it.
3.) Through Referrals
If you have a friend in Japan and is working in a company, you can ask him or her to introduce you to the company or the agency.
In the Philipines, TESDA has the most job openings for Japan companies and corporations so you can also find information through them. You can be sure it is legit. Always exercise caution for there are agencies also claiming they are TESDA credited even though they aren't. Always look for the license.
